Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. Its underlying Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025.

Distribution of Honeycup

Finn Hillebrandt develops Honeycup and licenses its paid product components. Sales and payment processing are handled by Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA, as merchant of record and authorised reseller. The Terms and Conditions and End User Licence Agreement explain the contractual roles in detail.
